FAMILY REUNION VISA APPLICATION: to accompany your spouse –non EU citizen- who is holder of Belgian work permit, professional card, European Blue Card or researcher.

Applicant to be present in person with this checklist (with checkboxes ticked) and all the following required basic documents (additional documents may be required by the Embassy):

The present list of requirements has to be printed-out and checked. All documents should be arranged in the order specified below.
2 visa application forms properly completed, signed and dated.
3 recent passport-sized photos (3,5cm x 4,5cm) in color with a white background.

Original Passport (+2 copies of bio-data pages). It should be issued less than 10 years ago and valid for at least 12 months at the point of visa application. It should contain at least 3 blank pages.
Original Singapore resident permit (+ 2 copies)- not required for Singapore citizen.
Employment pass / Work permit / Student pass / Permanent Resident card (+ print out copy of RE-ENTRY permit)…
Original Official copy of birth certificate (+ 2 COPIES)
Spouse must be above 21 years old.
If it is issued in Singapore: a non laminated birth extract “Certificate of Extract from Register of Births” issued by the Immigration Checkpoints & Authorityin Singapore authenticated by theMinistry of Foreign Affairsin Singapore and legalized by the Embassy.

Original Official copy of marriage certificate (+ 2 COPIES)
If it is issued in Singapore: a non laminated duplicate certificate “Certified Copy of an entry in a Marriage Register” issued by theRegistry of Marriages / Registry of Muslim Marriagesin Singapore authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore and legalized by the Embassy.

Original Certificate of good conduct(if you are 21 years old and above) issued less than 6 months by the relevant authority of the country of residence or country of origin + authentication stamp by MFA in Singapore.
To obtain a “Certificate of Clearance” (COC) in Singapore, applicant must first make a personal appearance at the Embassy with their passport to request for an introductory letter required by the Singapore Police Force.
Original Medical certificate(+ 2 COPIES)
Issued by a Medical Doctor designated by the Embassyand is valid only 6 months from the date of issuance.
Spouse Belgian work permit AND Passport(2 COPIES).
Proof of spouse’s regular and sufficient means of subsistence(2 COPIES).
Employment contract and/or attestation from employer.
Proof of sufficient accommodation (2 COPIES)
Employment contract and/or an attestation from employer, lease agreement, hôtel or resident appartment reservation.
Medical insurance(2 COPIES)
Proof of payment of the CONTRIBUTION FEE as of the 02/03/2015 (to be paid prior the visa application)
Visa fee: 288 SGD cash only (not refundable and subject to change)
FOR CHILD 18 YEARS OLD OR BELOW, all documents listed above and below (except marriage certificate). If child isfrom previous marriage, an original official and legalized letter of consent from the other parent who has the shared custody of the child or a legal and legalized document of the sole custody.
