4.2.5 Experience and Qualifications of Key Staff (SR)
This section discusses the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the proposed Key Staff Lead Project Manager and identifies specific requirements for this individual.
Attacha resume for the proposed Key Staff Lead Project Manager, which includes information on the individual's particular skills and qualifications related to this engagement, education, significant accomplishments and any other pertinent information. In addition to the resume, each bidder shall submit a separate response sheet (titled ‘Staff Experience’) listing the work experiences and periods in which the proposed Key Staff Lead Project Manager demonstrated each mandatory and desired skill and qualificationutilizing the engagement templates below (5 engagements).Bidder shall also provide a description of the experiences and direct application of the listed skills in that work engagement.
Engagements listed must not be overlapping. DSHS counts one unit of credit for each required skill/experience within a timeframe. Therefore, if engagements overlap, DSHS may (at their discretion) give only one credit for that skill/experience. (e.g. If Engagement #1 runs from 1/1/2017 through 2/28/2017 AND Engagement #2 runs from 1/1/2017 through 2/28/2017, a total of two months experience credit will be given, not four months).
NOTE: All dates must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format. Blank date fields or dates with only the year will not be considered non-responsive and will not be counted toward the total experience. Dates with only month and year will be considered as starting/ending on the 1st of the month.
