Elektrans Group appoints Mr. Chetan Anand as Corporate Advisor to the Board

Elektrans Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chetan Anand as Corporate Advisor to the Board and to the Group Executive Management Team. Mr. Chetan is recognized as one of the top lawyers in India today and he will represent the fast growing shipping group in all criminal and corporate legal matters. He possesses an extensive legal knowledge, which seeds from his 12 years of practice at New Delhi High Court.
Within his prominent career span, he has worked with some of India’s most prestigious lawyers such as Mr. RK Anand and Mr. AS Chandhiok (Additional Solicitor General). Along with gaining recognition as a promising litigator, he is regarded as an expert on criminal and corporate cases. He has appeared and represented his clients in some of the most prominent cases in India. His rich experience in handling a mix of criminal and company litigation has helped him carve a niche for himself in the Indian legal community.
