Eastern PA-DE CUPA-HR Chapter Sponsorship Policy
Eastern PA-De CUPA-HR Chapter has three levels of sponsorship for Corporate Partners. The below levels are based on an annual membership fee.
GOLD($1,500 annual sponsorship) / SILVER
($750 annual sponsorship) / BRONZE
($375 annual sponsorship)
3 complimentary registrations per meeting / event / 2 complimentary registrations per meeting / event / 1 complimentary registration per meeting / event
Forum to greet and network with key / senior decision makers from leading colleges and universities in EasternPA & DE region / Forum to greet and network with key / senior decision makers from leading colleges and universities in Eastern PA & DE region / Forum to greet and network with key / senior decision makers from leading colleges and universities in the Eastern PA & DE region.
Table for sponsor to promote company and give out promotional items / Table for sponsor to promote company and give out promotional items
Verbal acknowledgement by chapter officer of sponsor’s support and generosity during opening greeting / Verbal acknowledgement by chapter officer of sponsor’s support and generosity during opening greeting
Sponsor representative has opportunity to introduce their own organization and then a keynote speaker or a panel at one of the three events / Sponsor representative has opportunity to introduce their own organization and then a keynote speaker or a panel at one of the three events
Sponsor may give away a door prize given in sponsor’s name from attendee’s business cards
Sponsor has the opportunity to deliver a suitable presentation from their organization at one of the three events

Please note that sponsorship opportunities will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Completed and signed sponsorship contracts must be accompanied by a check or money order made payable to: “Eastern PA/ DE Chapter - CUPA-HR” and mailed with this completed contract to: Tammy MacDonald, York College of Pennsylvania, 441 Country Club Road, York, PA 17403.
