FIDUCIARY360 NAMED ONE OF PITTSBURGH’S FASTEST-GROWING COMPANIES

Company Lands on List for the Second Year in a Row

PITTSBURGH – September 4, 2008 – Fiduciary360’s Fiduciary Analytics division has once again been ranked as one of Pittsburgh’s Fastest Growing companies by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The company ranked 44 on the overall 2008 Pittsburgh Business Times Top 100 List of Fastest Growing Companies with a growth rate of 90.5 percent. The company was also fourth on the list of fastest growing firms in the financial services area.

Fiduciary Analytics is the division of the company that develops web-based software tools and reports that support the fiduciary best practices taught by its Center for Fiduciary Studies. The company improved on its standing in the 2007 list when it was ranked 61 on the list, with a growth rate of more than 65 percent.

“We’re delighted to be recognized by the Business Times along with so many other successful companies in the region,” said Blaine Aikin, president/CEO of fiduciary360. “I believe that the significant growth we’ve had this year underscores the value that our programs and tools provide to those who serve in positions of fiduciary responsibility. With the new Standards of Professional Conduct recently implemented by the CFP Board of Standards, court rulings such as LaRue v. DeWolff , which allows 401K participants to sue their plan sponsor and the overturning of the broker-dealer exemption, I believe the need for fiduciary training and support will only continue to grow.”
