ABOUT THIS EVENT
The Junior Woman’s Club of Mequon-Thiensville (JWC-MT) is proud to host the 13th Annual 5K Turkey Trot & Gobble Gallop. The morning’s events include a chip timed 5K run/walk through the scenic Village of Thiensville and a FREE 50-meter dash for kids 12 & younger.
Proceeds from this year’s event will help fund a new commercial walk-in freezer for Family Sharing of Ozaukee. As well to support Advocates of Ozaukee, the Mequon Police and Thiensville Police Departments. Additional proceeds also benefit a wide range of community events and projects.

REGISTRATION FEE: (A small fee will be added for online credit card processing)

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP: Pick-up your race bag at Village Park the day before the race – Wed, Nov.22nd between noon & 4pm
PLEASE REMEMBER: We will be collecting non-perishable food donations for Family Sharing, as well as collecting new unwrapped toys on behalf of the Thiensville Police Department for Toys for Tots. Please remember to bring your donations. Bins for the donations will be located near the packet pick-up location in Village Park. Donations will be accepted on both Wednesday and Thursday. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TREMENDOUS 2016 DONATIONS – ADDITIONAL BINS WILL BE AVAILABLE THIS YEAR!!

WEDNESDAY 11/22: Early Packet Pick-up between 12-4pm in Thiensville Village Park
THURSDAY 11/23: Race Day
7:30am Packet Pick-up & Day of Registration
8:45am – Registration for guaranteed race time closes
9:00am – Run/Walk begins!
10:00am – Gobble Gallop – a Kids 50-Meter Dash
Race awards distributed once winners are determined
PERKS: Pre-registered participants receive the 2017 Turkey Trot T-shirt, coupons donated by our generous sponsors & yummy complimentary refreshments (while supplies last!). Day-of registrants receive these perks while supplies last.
AWARDS: Awards are being generously donated by glaze.
RESTRICTIONS: For everyone’s safety, please no earphones on the race course. Strollers – Welcome!
