1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPROVAL OF AGENDA–Mr. LaPierre called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Mr. Denesha moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Mr. Arquiett and Mr. Perkins, and carried by a voice vote with fourteen (14) yes votes and one (1) absent (Hooper).
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES –Mr.Paquinmoved to approve the April 13th meeting minutes, seconded by Mr. Lightfoot, and carriedby a voice vote with fourteen (14) yes votes and one (1) absent (Hooper).
3. EMERGENCY SERVICES – MIKE LECUYER
A. Authorizing the Chair to Sign a Maintenance Contract for Voice Recorders for the Dispatch Center in the Department of Emergency Services (Res)–Mr. Putman moved to forward this resolution to full Board, seconded by Mr. Timmerman.
Mr. Dann moved to strike from the resolution “and any other further contracts”, seconded by Mr. Perkins, and failed by a voice vote withtwelve (12) no votes, two (2) yes (Dann and Perkins), and one (1) absent (Hooper).
Motion carried by a voice vote with thirteen (13) yes votes and one (1) no vote (Dann).
4. CONFLICT DEFENDER – AMY DONA
A. Authorization to fill a Keyboard Specialist Position in the Office of the Conflict Defender (Res) (Info)–Mr. Lightfoot moved to forward this resolution to full Board, seconded by Mr. Forsythe, and carried by a voice vote with fourteen (14) yes votes, and one (1) absent (Hooper).
5. PROBATION – TIM LEPAGE
A. Permission to Create and Fill a Temporary Probation Officer Position in the Probation
Department (Res) (Info)–Mr. Forsythe moved to forward this resolution to full Board, seconded by Mr. Lightfoot, and carried by a voice vote with fourteen (14) yes votes, and one (1) absent (Hooper).
6. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – RUTH DOYLE
Senator Richie recognized some employees of the Public Health Department: Katie Fields, Rochelle Pratt, Janine Giglio, Kindra Cousineau, and Laurie Maki for addressing rabies issue in Amish community.
Jim Regan, Representative of Senator Patty Richie’s Office, commended Solid Waste for their recent efforts during recycling events held in local communities and recognized the operations Manager, Larry LeGault for his efforts.
Working with National Grid a tentative planned power outage is planned for the Court House, Surrogate Building and old Jail on Saturday.

8. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session will be discussed at the following Services Committee meeting.
9. ADJOURNMENT–Chair LaPierre adjourned the May Operations Committee meeting at 5:44 p.m., as there was no further business.
