SPOT PAINTING / PANEL REFINISHING
Color matching will be warranted to meet industry acceptable standards and the general expectation of the customer at the time of delivery. The blending of paint onto adjacent panels to achieve acceptable results may be required; therefore, Peach reserves the right to do so if deemed necessary. Spot painting repairs, or other partial painting process, which are not the result of a warranty claim, will be warranted for a period of one year (12 months) against failure as described under “Warranted Conditions.” If a color match is not possible, the customer will be so advised.
OPTIONAL AND EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICES DO NOT APPLY TO SPOT PAINTING / PANEL REFINISHING.

WARRANTED CONDITIONS
(PAINT APPLICATION, PEELING & FADING)
Paint application will be performed in an industry acceptable and environmentally sound manner. Peach will use proper procedures and amounts of materials necessary for to provide uniform and consistent color and gloss. Steps will be taken to minimize the amount of fine dust particles that will settle onto the paint finish while in the curing process; however, total elimination of these minimal amounts of dust is not possible. Some dust is to be expected and is inherent to the painting process. Minor imperfections that exist on the surface of the vehicle prior to painting may be visible after painting; these areas will be considered as acceptable unless the area(s) was specifically listed for repair.
Peeling is warranted for a specific period of time based upon the paint service selected. Peach does not warrant the peeling of paint on vehicles that have been previously repainted, nor on vehicles where the basic preparation for painting has been performed by others. Peach’s standard peeling warranty covers each paint service for the indicated time periods: Royal – 3 months, Sterling – 6 months, Imperial – 12 months, Majestic – 12 months, Premier – 12 months. Repainting will be for the affected area or the entire vehicle at Peach’s discretion.
Fading is a condition where the gloss retention of the painted service loses its reflective shine and the shine cannot be restored by a process of cleaning and/or waxing. Peach warrants against paint fading for a specified period of time. Regular washing and waxing will protect your finish and greatly reduce the effects of the fading process. Should fading occur within the initial warranty period, peach will repaint the affected area(s) or the entire vehicle at its discretion to remedy the problem. If fading occurs during an extended warranty period, the vehicle will be repainted at a reduced price. Repainting within the extended warranty period will be based upon a percentage of the current retail price for the selected paint service. The maximum cost of repainting will exceed 50% of the current retail price of the selected service. Any additional repairs, such as paint cracks, rust, dents, and stripe or decal removal, are not included in the warranty and will be your liability. Peach can repair these areas for you for a charge. If the vehicle is repainted within the initial or extended warranty period(s) the original terms of the warranty will remain intact and no additional warranty will be issued. All warranty services must be completed prior to the expiration of the specified warranty periods.

ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
Peach does not warrant any conditions not specifically related to materials and/or workmanship. Non-warranty items include: (1) Areas not repaired prior to painting which include, but are not limited to, body plastic cracking, acrylic paint cracking, peeling paint or other non-repaired body damage. (2) Physical damage to the finish including: chipped paint, scratches, dents, rust, etc. (3) Chemical damage to the finish that causes spotting, staining and discoloring , such as corrosive agents, tree sap, bird droppings, acid rain, etc. (4) Removal or replacement of stripes, decals, and other items which have been applied or attached to the painted surface. (5) Cracks, chips, or peel damage to flexible body panels. Note: some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of inconsequential damage. Therefore, the outlined limitations or exclusions may or may not apply to you.

ANTI-CRACKING
WARRANTYPLAN
Peach’s standard warranty does not cover paint cracking; however, Peach is now offering an anti-cracking warranty that may be added in addition to your standard warranty. This plan warrants that your new finish will not crack under your Initial Warranty period. This excludes body filler cracking and cracking caused by chemical damage. The pro-ration periods and charges for this plan are the same as the standard Peach Warranty against fading of your paint service. Peach does not warrant cracking on flexible body panels. This warranty plan does not cover non-repaired, preexisting paint damage.

EXTENDED PEELING WARRANTY PLAN
Peach’s standard warranty covers peeling for a specific period of time. Peach’s extended peeling warranty plan warrants that your new finish will not peel throughout the length of your total warranty period; however, pro-ration periods and charges for this extended peeling plan are the same as the standard Peach warranty for your paint service. Peach does not warrant peeling on vehicles that have been previously repainted, nor on vehicles where the basic preparation for painting has been performed by others. Peach does not warrant peel damage on flexible body panels.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
“PLUS” PLAN
Peach’s standard warranty covers your paint service from fading for a specific period of time. Peach’s extended warranty “plus” plan allows you to extend the life of your warranty for an additional 12 months. The pro-ration charge for the additional warranty period under the extended warranty “plus” plan is a 50% charge period. The pro-ration periods and charges are the same for the original extended warranty periods of the standard Peach Warranty for your paint service. For example, for an Imperial paint service under the extended warranty “plus” plan, the first 12 months are a no charge period, months 13-18 are a 25% charge period and months 19-36 are a 50% charge period. The extended warranty “plus” plan’s additional warranty period covers only fading of your paint service.

PRO-RATION FREE
WARRANTY PLAN
Most production body shops offer warranties that are pro-rated, meaning that for different periods of the warranty, a service charge, for which you are responsible, may apply. Peach is now offering a warranty that frees you from these pro-ration charges. Under the pro-ration free warranty plan, the no charge period extends throughout the entire length of the original standard Peach warranty for your paint service. Pro-ration still applies to extended warranty services beyond those listed on the standard Peach warranty for your paint service. This means that there will still be a pro-ration period for the additional extended warranty time issued under the extended warranty “plus” plan.
