We are not uploading the document, we are naming it under the “Documents Used” box.
How often do we enter the BoQ?: at baseline when you start in the Fall, maybe again in the Spring of the first year and then annually after that each Fall.
Coaches’ Logs:
Find at the center or the program level
Intended to give you an easy way to document time spent with staff and providing coaching.
Click on New Coaches Log
Add date names, focus, topics, etc.
Show time spent in each area and how you spent your time because it can help you figure out how much time you are spending doing specific things. You can take this time log to your administrator to support you or other programs. The logs are a really good way to allow you to analyze your and others’ roles and how time is spent. Some use this for their CLT meetings as well.
Go to edit to email attendees, click on deliver.
Questions/Reflection:
This data supports us at a state level.
All information asked is useful information for you and your program to make decisions.
Friday
Go to the PAPBS.org website in order to download the manual that will guide you through the PAPBS database. Log in, go to provisional facilitators and then “Data
Collection Tools”. The document you want is Entering and Editing Data in the EC PAPBS Database
The tutorials have not been updated since the database itself has been updated. These are a few pieces that are different than the tutorial indicates:
- You do have to complete the address when you add staff. You can choose whether to list program address or personal address.
- Particular roles are assigned by using the “Team” button from the program or center page, not at the individual person.
If you do not get an email when you try to set your password, check your junk and clutter files in your email in case your filters sent the email there.
Use chrome or firefox for the database rather than explorer.
If you haven’t entered staff and classrooms yet, DO IT NOW.
Don’t forget to enter the documents you use to make decisions about the BoQ. Do not give us all the details of how you made the decision. Just enter the name of the document.
