Position Purpose: / Provision of clinical pharmacy services, medication reconciliation and direct-patient-care to hospital patients
Qualifications: / · Pharmacist, currently registered with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
· Certificate in clinical pharmacy desirable
