The show is open to everyone you do not need to be a member of any society to compete other than in the SSAD2nd round Olympia Qualifier.

There are strictly no dogs allowed on the show ground that means not in lorries or cars either. Anyone with a dog will not be admitted to the show ground. other than guide dogs
PLEASE DO NOT SKIP OUT YOUR LORRIES OR TRAILERS IN THE CAR PARK. ANYONE FOUND DOING SO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND NOT RETURN.THIS INCLUDES LEAVING IT IN BAGS IN THE CAR PARK.
ALL TIMES ARE NOT BEFORE TIMES. THIS MEANS THAT YOUR CLASS MAYBE AFTER THE TIME SHOWN, BUT NOT BEFORE.

All non-towing vehicles will be charged entry at £3 per vehicle.

The Olympia Senior Showing Series First Round Qualifiers are open to both Members & Non Members of the Senior Showing & Dressage Ltd. Please note all competitors should acquaint themselves with the rules of the SSAD Ltd. They can be found at

IF ALREADY QUALIFIED THIS CARD MUST BE HANDED DOWN THE LINE
NEXT STAGE SECOND ROUND QUALFIERS – You can only compete the Olympia Second Round Qualifiers if you are fully paid member and your animal is registered with SSAD Ltd and holding the 2015 member/registration card. Once you have qualified at a First Round Qualifier and you have received an Acceptance card, only then may you compete in the Second Round Qualifier . The Second Round Champions will go on to compete at the SSAD Ltd Championship Supreme Final at the London International Horse Show at Olympia in December.

THE SIX WINNERS FROM THE ABOVE CLASSES ARE REQUIRED TO GO FORWARD TO THE SSAD LTD CHAMPIONSHIP. THE CHAMPION WILL CLAIM THE OLYMPIA TICKET.
IF THE CHAMPION HAS ALREADY QUALIFIED, QUALIFICATION WILL BE HANDED DOWN THE LINE TO THE NEXT ELIGABLE COMPETITOR
NOTE -ONCE A COMPETITOR HAS QUALIFIED FOR OLYMPIA IN THE RIDDEN SECTION THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO QUALIFY IN THE IN HAND SECTION AND VICE VERSA.
OLYMPIA ANTHONY EVANS SECOND ROUND QUALFIERS – Competitors competing in the Olympia Second Round Qualifier MUST hold a 2017 SSADL Acceptance Card along with their SSADL Rider/HandlerAffiliation/Equine Registration Card or a covering letter from the SSADL Head office. The same rider/handler/pony/horse combination Must have already qualified at one of the SSAD Ltd Olympia Anthony Evans First Round Qualifiers. No substitutions will be accepted. In order for a competitor to be eligible to compete at the Olympia Senor Showing Grand Final at Olympia ALL ponies/horses MUST meet the current FEI Vaccination Regulations. SSADL age badges must be displayed on the pony/horse bridle.

RULES REGULATIONS AND CONDITION OF ENTRY
1. All horses and ponies must be 4 years old and over.
2. Correct British Standard Headgear must be worn at all times when mounted. Handlers under 14 years must wear correctly secured BSI Skull cap/Riding hats up to the current standard.
3. The judge’s decision is final.
4. Entry fees are not refundable . In the event of cancellation of the show prior to the day 50% of entries will be refunded. If the show has to be abandoned on the day, no entries will be refunded.
5. There are no dogs allowed on the show ground.Except guide dogs.
6. It is strongly recommended that all exhibitors carry adequate Public Liability Insurance. Sunnybank EC its employees or assistants do not accept any liability for any injury or damage sustained by any third party whether to horse/rider spectator or property whatsoever and how so ever caused.
7. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without any reason being given and if necessary to alter or cancel any class at anytime.
8. Any vehicles parked do so at their own risk.
9. Any pony stallion not exceeding 138cms may not be ridden by juniors who have not attained their 12th birthday by 1st January in the current year. Stallions exceeding 138cms may not be ridden by juniors who have not attained their 14th birthday by 1st January in the current year.
11.Show canes whips are not allowed to exceed 30” (75cms). In lead rein classes, plain or leather covered canes only maybe used.
12. Any objections must be received in writing within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the class together with a deposit of £30, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld.
13. Sunnybank ec reserve the right to refuse entry if they see fit .
14.Anyone who brings a horse/pony to Sunnybank Ec that has been in contact or on a yard with horses that they know have any infectious or contagious diseases will be refused entry and banned for life.
15. Skipping out of lorries and trailers on the show ground is forbidden. Anyone caught will be fined, and banned
17. No lungeing is allowed in the collecting rings or covered warm up area.
19.Strictly no dogs except guide dogs.
20. Anyone found bringing a horse or pony to Sunnybank which has knowingly been in contact with any infectious or contagious diseases or have known diseases will be asked to leave and banned for life.
