Enclosed please find a vital information letter which should answer any questions you might have about the session. This is the only correspondence you will receive prior to camp.

VITAL INFORMATION
2014
PAYMENT–You should have paid in full upon registering.
REGISTRATION - It will take place at the DanaAthleticCenter. Registration time is on the last page. Once registered, no camper will be allowed to leave campus without permission from parent and approval by the Director.
MEDICAL - A very competent and experienced medical staff will be on duty during the entire camp. Should a camper become ill or suffer an injury she/he will receive immediate medical attention. Doctors and hospital facilities are readily available to campus. Any prescriptions should be given to our medical staff at registration. Parents and campers will have the opportunity to meet our medical people upon registration.
DIRECTIONS - From SOUTH and WEST: Take exit 14 off the Mass. Turnpike and follow Route 128 (I-95) North; Exit on Trapelo Road (Exit 28A) East, and proceed 2.2 miles toward Belmont. Turn right onto Forest Street. Follow Forest to the end, and continue through lights and onto the lower campus. Take first right and follow signs around to the front of the DanaAthleticCenter.
From NORTH: Take Route 128 South to Trapelo Road (Exit 28A), turn left at top of exit ramp and follow Trapelo Road 2.2 miles toward Belmont. Follow same directions as above.
From BOSTON and EAST: Follow Storrow Drive (West) or Memorial Drive (West) to Mount Auburn Street. After passing Star Market, bear right onto Belmont Street and continue west to the Route 60 intersection. Turn left and follow Waverley Oaks Road (Route 60) to the traffic light at Beaver Street. Turn right onto Beaver Street; Travel past the first campus entrances and turn left at the Forest Street entrance, Falcon Way. Follow thesigns directing you to the front of the DanaCenter gym.

SEND OR FAX A COPY OF A PHYSICAL WITH IMMUNIZATION RECORDS.PHYSICAL CAN BE FAXED TO (781)891-2282.
SIGN AND RETURN THE LIABILITY WAIVER FORM LOCATED ON OUR WEBSITE.
EMAILCOACH HOFFMAN () WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROGRAM OR FOR WRITEN NOTIFICATION OF LATE ARRIVAL, DISMISSAL DURING CAMP, OR EARLY DEPARTURE.
PREPARE FOR CAMP; GET IN SHAPE, BREAK-IN ANY NEW SNEAKERS
ARRIVE PROMPTLY FOR REGISTRATION AT THE GYM. Please pick up campers promptly at 9:30pm as the gym will be closing at that time.
