Tool: Have You? Checklist
What
A self-assessment for prioritizing initial actions to responding to resistance.
Why
Change-capable leaders create conditions that facilitate change acceptance and commitment. The practices covered in this learning session work together to create those conditions. Accountable leaders start responding to resistance by self-assessing what they have or haven't done—or what they might need to do again—to facilitate change acceptance and commitment.
