INSTRUCTIONS: Firms interested in providing Appellate legal services must complete the "Appellate" tab of Attachment F and this Attachment K. The completed attachmentsmust be submitted according to the instructions outlined in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 of the RFP. Firms may submit their firm brochure or other marketing materials separately to supplement the information provided below.The space for answers will expand as necessary. Please be thorough but concise in your response.

Provide the name and qualifications of the attorney(s) who would serve as lead appellatecounsel in a First Party Property or Third Party Liability Appellate casefor Citizens. Please include such information as (i) the number of years the attorney has been with the firm, (ii) the number of years practicing in Florida, (iii) the number of cases where attorney has served as lead appellate counsel, (iv) whether the attorney is Board Certified in Appellate law, (v) a description of other clients that the attorney has represented in Appellate matters, (vi) the overall percentage of the attorney’s practice, measured in case load, dedicated to Appellate law,and (vii) other distinguishing information about the attorney’s appellatequalifications and experience. More than one attorney may be listed here.
Quality Control (up to 5 points)
Using the space provided below, please provide an overview of your firm's quality control practices. For instance, you may want to describe (i) the ratio of partners to associates, (ii) how the firm oversees and trains its associate attorneys and paralegals, (iii) what employee turnover has the firm experienced in the past year or two, (iv) what security measures the firm takes to protect client information, (v) how invoices are reviewed for compliance with any client billing guidelines or expectations before they are sent to clients, (vi) how the firm tracks its cases to ensure key deadlines and client expectations are met, and (vii) other quality control measures.
