Directory- Kim B- In progress, must get ads in by deadline NO EXCEPTIONS. Committee will be meeting in February to submit changes to date
Website- No changes

Senior Food Box Program- Lisa- 42 boxes delivered last month, still accepting new applications.
Phone Update- Gail G- not too many calls, pretty consistent. Referring them to directory.
Shelan Mizon (PACE) will be taking the phones.
(update- Gail will keep phones January, Shelan will take in February)
Millage Report- Lynn- waiting to see if project fresh will continue, brought new commissioner information as well as calendar of events for the Senior Winter Games. Encouraged anyone that can to attend.
Looking for sponsors for the winter games as well as volunteers.
PO Box Update- Joyce- will be moving to a more central location in downtown flint around the time the new directory comes out.
First quarter donations- Lisa. 2 submitted so far. Please take a form and return to Lisa, will be voting next month.
