professor used Dragon Naturally Speaking to dictate responses to a spreadsheet*
copied spreadsheet to Notepad and then copied to Word. Used Replace All with ^t and ^p to replace tabs with carriage returns. Sorted paragraphs in word.
deleted no answers and rearranged within a question to make the most sense

* lesson learned: next time, do surveys on line using a spreadsheet. Side note: expect some oddities due to Dragon that I missed (for instance, on sex, it recorded mail.
