NOTIFICATION

The Students of this college are hereby informed that the payment schedules for Tuition Fee for the Academic year 2017-2018 are given below. The Challan forms are available with the Academic Section in Room No.116 (A2 Section). The Students are informed to pay the fee in Andhra Bank of JNTUH campus in below given respective accounts and submit the fee paid Challans to the concerned clerk in the Academic Section on the same day. THE DUPLICATE FEE PAID CHALLANS MUST BE RETAINED WITH THEM TILL NO DUES certificate obtained from the Accounts Section of the college, i.e. till the completion of their course. Registration forms are also available with the Section Clerk and same may be submitted to the concerned Head of the Departments for registration of the course after getting fee paid stamp.

Further students are hereby informed to be careful in choosing the challans for payment of fees particulars, with fine of Rs.10/-, Rs.100/- or 1,000/- as the case may be (after the last date), must be added in same challans only. The course registration form must be submitted along with the challan.

Note:1) If the students fail to pay the tuition fee within the stipulated time their names will be struck off from the

Rolls list.

2) The hall tickets for this semester examinations will not be issued for the candidates who have not paid the fee

within the due dates mentioned above.

3) Those who are receiving EBC/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY scholarships students they need not pay tuition fee.
