I Bought the Headset Buddy, a Split Lead for the Jack

Jo Rodgers, Clinical Hypnotherapist, kindly shared her experience using our equipment with a Laptop that has a combined Microphone and Headphone jack.

I bought the headset buddy, a split lead for the jack.

I then downloaded Audacity software (I downloaded loads of different software but this is the one I liked best)

I watched a YouTube tutorial on Audacity, which I would recommend.

When you are in Audacity, click File and select Import, you can then import a sound track from your music library.

Then click Tracks and select New.

When you have done this you click Record and you can hear your chosen sound track to record over.

You then save it by clicking Export under the File menu.
