ST. CLAIR CPA SOLUTIONS AWARDED “BEST PLACE to WORK”

September 2, 2016—Greater Philadelphia Region—St. Clair CPA Solutions was recognized as a “2016 Best Places to Work” by the Philadelphia Business Journal, which received a record number of applications for its annual ranking of small, medium, large and extra-large companies in the greater Philadelphia region.

Despite the large number of applicants, only 75 companies overall met the demanding statistical benchmarking criteria required to earn a “Best Places to Work” award in 2016. St. Clair CPA Solutions was one of only 14 businesses honored in the Medium size category. The results were announced in a special edition on August 26, 2016.

The Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to identify the very best workplaces in the region each year, using employee surveys with various levels of safeguards to protect the integrity of the process. While many awards programs remain subjective, Quantum’s statistical program has been scientific since day one, and Quantum was the first to utilize a full-blown employee engagement survey as the sole scoring mechanism.
