Pastor Randy and Pastor Darla - Sabbatical

Week One: Sabbath Rest

“For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as Goddid from His. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.” Hebrews 4:8-11

“Come to Me, allyouwho labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:28-30

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment,10that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ,11being filled with the fruits of righteousness whichareby Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. “For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.” 2 Timothy 1:6

6We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your[a]faith;7if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach;8if it is to encourage, then give encouragement;if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead,[b]do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. Romans 12:6-8
