DAILY FLOWING WITH HIS PERFECT TIMING

FAITH WALK – PART II

I was in a large room where a public sale of goods was going on. About thirty-fifty people were seated in folding chairs, watching as different items from an estate were being presented for sale. There was a little platform where the salesmen stood, different salesmen taking turns presenting items. I was seated near what looked like a china-cabinet, near the back, left side of the room. In the china-cabinet were all sorts of delicate objects, jewelry and watches. A young man came up to me, blond, blue-eyed, one of the salesmen. He asked me to go and get two of the watches—a man’s and a woman’s—to present to the audience. I was surprised, because I was just observing, and not a member of the sales’ team. I picked out two beautiful watches. Each watch had the same amount of accessories--like detachable bands, and different casings, about ten, each. The man’s watch had a black leather band, and the woman’s watch was smaller, with a gold bracelet-type band.

I took the two watches and stood in front of the people (not on the platform), holding the watches out in front of me to present them for sale.

I heard a voice say these words to me: “You are a watch man. Tell the people to watch”. Then I woke up. That was November 21, 1992.

Since then, the Father has taken me many places to observe and watch. Since 2003, I have been writing, teaching, and getting others to watch. But, at that time I did not realize what the expression “watch man” meant.

I assumed it was part of my calling from Ezekiel 33:7, Isaiah 21:6-12 and Ezekiel 3. I knew I was called to hear from Him and be a watchman on the “wall” for His remnant. But, recently I have come to understand that also, the watchman is a keeper of time. He really is a timekeeper—a watch man. Ezekiel was the only prophet who kept continuous accurate records of time—so accurate that today the final Jubilee can be calculated from his reference in Ezekiel 40:1. That final Jubilee begins in the autumn of 2014, on Yom Kippur, the 10th of Tishre.

Right now, being in His timing, and flowing in His will, is the most important thing in life for those who want to enter His Kingdom. He is focused on two main things: 1) Deuteronomy 11:11-14—His Land, and 2) Jeremiah 32:41, the restoration of an end-time remnant of His people to their inheritance Land. If we want reward in the Kingdom, we need to daily get into His flow of focus—and move with Him, always in prayer, yes, but also in action. We can do things to encourage His people to stand strong. We need to be strengthening the weak and fearful with Scriptures about our glorious future, so that they will not deny Him, but be strong even to

death. We must be about our Father’s business! Yahushua says: “Occupy until I come”—do His business--preach the good news of the Kingdom that is coming, restore the lost sheep to their inheritance, put the shofar to your mouth and call for His people to return to the Torah and to Yahuweh their Father. Give to the poor, visit the widow, heal the sick, deliver the captives, preach the good news of Messiah—These things must be our daily priority, if we want to flow in His perfect will, and thus his perfect timing. Whatever has no eternal value is useless—futility, a waste of precious time. Teach your children His priorities.

See these examples of Ezekiel’s time-keeping: Ezekiel 1:1-2; 8:1; 20:1, 24:1, 26:1, 29:1; 31:1; 32:1.

While time keeping by prophets is part of guarding the accuracy of the prophetic time-line, still only Ezekiel was called to be a “watchman”. (Ezekiel chapter 3 and 33:7)

In the future, He will raise up watchmen who will prophesy from end-time Babylon (America) and other nations of the earth. At Messiah’s coming, these are found on Mt. Seir (Petra—Edom—“the last of Esau”—modern Southern Jordan), proclaiming that Babylon has fallen, and proclaiming the victory of Messiah Yahushua, pronouncing peace and victory to all Israel: “Your Elohim Reigns!” (Isaiah 21:11-12; Isaiah 52:6-10)

Look at those who have these “beautiful feet on the mountains”—where are they? It is at the return of Messiah that they are proclaiming peace. Who is in the mountains at the coming of Messiah, in Biblical context? We’re not talking Colorado. Messiah said for His remnant to “flee to the mountains”—in Scriptural context all the way through, that is the mountains of the Seir chain--Esau’s mountains in Edom.

It is interesting that Ezekiel 24:1 specifically notes Tevet 10. On the 10th of Tevet, Nebuchadnezzar besieged the Temple (II Kings 25:1-2). It is interesting that the man who thought he was the reincarnation of Nebuchadnezzar of ancient Babylon, Saddam Hussein, was hanged 90km from Nebuchadnezzar’s palace, on the 9th of Tevet (December 30, 2006).

December 31, 2006, the 10th of Tevet, was Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel, and the religious Jews fasted on this day. Zechariah 8:19, says that no longer will these days of fasting be required, for when the Kingdom comes, there will be rejoicing.

The Father deals in timing. Yet, He dwells in eternity. Who does He dwell with? – Isaiah 57:15: “For thus declares the High and Exalted One who dwells in eternity, whose Name is set-apart: `I dwell in the High and Set-Apart Place, with him also who has a bruised (tender) and humble spirit’…

He dwells in eternity, yet He dwells also with those whose spirit is compatible with His Spirit. We must be compatible with His nature.

I am writing this primarily to my precious brothers and sisters in the “free world” of America—who have been taught wrongly regarding our responsibility to move with His timing.

When I was growing up in the Baptist Church, we were taught that there were those who were “called”, and those who were not. The “called” ones went to Bible School, were ordained or commissioned and sent out as pastors, missionaries, or evangelists—backed by the church denomination. These were “special people”. The others who were not “called” chose a career or trade, and proceeded to live like anyone else in the world—of course, going to church on Sunday and Wednesday night. Thirty years later, many of these “non-called” ones have told me they have “never heard from God”. They have a belief system but have never interacted with Him in a personal relationship. They have bought houses, had children, carried on fairly normal lives, though some have not, and been “good Christians”. Many worked in the church as Sunday School teachers, nursery attendants, children’s church pastors, and other such tasks. Yet, in their heart there was always a longing that could not be satisfied. The “called ones” would come back from the mission field to show their slides of pathetic starving children, people living in squalor and tell stories of their adventures. But, it seemed that no one’s life was really changed by hearing these visiting missionaries. People got teary eyed for a while, then would go back to their usual lives, making money and trying to have fun. Family was born, and family died—yet no change really in their lives, because they were not “called”. And their church gave them no answers.

Then there was the myth of “full time service” vs. part time service. We were told in our churches that either you are in “full time service” or you can live your life like everyone else. What a lie. We are born again into full-time service. If you are not in “full time service”, you are not in His service.

We were taught in Baptist doctrine that you could pray a prayer of faith and receive “Jesus” as your Savior, but later on you could make a commitment to Him as “Lord”, if you wanted to. The two were separated. There was salvation by faith to go to heaven, but it was up to you if you wanted to make Him “Lord”. If you didn’t go forward in serious altar call to make Him “Lord of your life”—to offer yourself to be “called” into “full time service”, then you would still go to heaven—no problem. The few who wanted to make Him “Lord” were considered very religious. They were strange, and few people wanted anything to do with them. Oh how well I know—for from age 6, I wanted to make Him “Lord”, and by age 9 was a youth leader—and way too serious for the rest of the kids

who wanted a “normal life”. Oh what mercy He had on me!

Do any of you remember those days of “going forward” for “altar calls” after tear-jerking sermons to make a “commitment? Sometimes those commitments were very serious, and life changing. But, most of the time, on Monday morning, things went back as usual. The serious kids were ostracized usually. I knew a few, and they went on to “full time service”, like me.

I address this to those today whose hearts are very sincerely desiring to give their lives totally to Him. I hear so many precious, sincere ones tell me that they are “waiting” for His timing to do what He’s dropped into their spirit to do. So many have desires in their heart, but they are not acting on what He is putting into their spirit. They are waiting for all their ducks to be put in a row, and all their questions to be answered so that their mind is secure. In our world now, there will never be any security except in our knowing Him so well that we can trust Him in all situations!

While they are waiting for everything to be as they desire, totally under their control, “waiting” for Him to do something, or say something, they go about their lives like the world’s people—making money to survive, to buy a vacation once a year, to send their kids to college, and in general to try to help their kids have a better life than they’ve had. While the vision He put into their spirit fades into oblivion.

There are some rare examples: I heard of a woman who was convicted of her disobedience to her call to reach the Navajo Indians for Jesus, given to her as a teenager. She was 90 year’s old, but in good health, and she gave herself to His service on the Navajo reservation. She lived into her 100’s, and fulfilled what He had put into her spirit as a teenager. But, you don’t hear many stories like that!

This separation of the ministry from the “laity” is an abomination to Yahuweh. This “conquering of the laity by the ministry” is mentioned in Revelation 2:6 and 15—He hates their deeds and their teachings. The word “Nicho” means “to conque” in Greek, and the word “latian” means “laity”--those “under” the priesthood’s, or pastor’s, or denominational leader’s control. The pattern of the early assemblies is mentioned in I Corinthians 14:26: “Whenever you come together, each has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all be done for edification”.

The pastor was a shepherd, an overseer—not the controller. The church system is not more than a “spectator sport”, and the gifts of the individual are usually overlooked, not being used, because there is no place for them—the pastor, choir director, youth pastor, and other leaders control what is said and done.

Therefore, many are left questioning their roles in the Kingdom, because

their gifts from Yahuweh to be used for the Kingdom are not being developed in the assembly. Therefore, many lose the vision that is in their heart, because they are under a system, a Greek/Roman system, that won’t let them express their Elohim-given gifts. Therefore, they melt in with the church system and are empty, and confused, and still wondering why they are not satisfied.

Yahushua said that the greatest of all commandments was the commandment found in Deuteronomy 6:5: “And you shall love Yahuweh your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your might. The second commandment that is greatest is found in Leviticus 19:18: “Do not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the children of your people. And you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahuweh”.

These two commandments are little found in operation in the circles of so-called “believers”. The “love of many will grow cold”, Messiah said. (Matthew 24:12) And why? -- Because of “lawlessness”—Torah-lessness—the departure of His people from His instructions and teachings of right-standing in the Kingdom of Yahuweh.

Rule number one is to love Yahuweh with everything you are and everything you have. Rule number two: When we do this, we understand the Kingdom principle of no private ownership of goods—that what we have extends the right to the poor, the widow and the orphan and the homeless, to be blessed by what He has given to us to share. No, we don’t have to give away everything. The principle is laid out in the idea of “gleaning” the fields--it is His idea. The farmers were to leave some grain, some vegetables, some fruit, so that the poor and needy could come and glean. This concept of looking out for others is almost totally lost in American culture, and European culture. But, it is still found in Jewish culture.

The church system is a Greek/Roman system, not a Hebrew system. Without Hebrew roots, all you have is Greek and Roman roots, which are pagan. So, they figure out with their reasoning, that unless you’re “called” like Peter, James and John, you might as well keep fishing.

In fundamental evangelical or charismatic Christianity, ministers tell people to pray a little prayer inviting Jesus into their life. They pray, feel good, have their free ticket to heaven, and most are not taught what to do beyond that. I remember initial teaching as something like this: You’re going to sin, but that’s Ok, because Jesus loves you and you’ve got I John 1:9. Beyond that--no responsibility to the Savior who bought them, except to go to church and don’t miss Wednesday night prayer meeting if you’re going to be a “good Christian”.

There is a well-known Pastor of a church of about 15,000, who, after giving the “get happy” sermon of the week, looks sincerely with a somber face into the T.V. cameras, and says: “Prayer this little prayer, and you’ll find the happiness you’re looking for…”dear Jesus, come into my heart”. Then He adds: Having Jesus come into your life is as simple as that.
