Athletes and horses must obtain the qualification for the 2014 Central and Caribbean Games, Veracruz (MEX) at events between 30th October 2013 and 20th October 2014. All athletes and horses must have fulfilled the Minimum Eligibility Requirements as combinations; they must have achieved the following reinforced minimum eligibility results:

For a Certificate of Capability a minimum of 62 percent at two CDIs and/or CDNs judged by a minimum of 2 foreign FEI Judges of different nationalities has to be obtained.
