Tournament Dates: January 31stFebruary1st, 2015Time: 8:30am to 5pm

Please come on time - play is scheduled to begin at 9:00am

Players/Age Groups:Saturday, Jan.31st U10, U12, U14 Boys & Girls

Sunday, Feb.1st U16, U19 Boys & Girls

Open to Novice and Intermediate players. NOTE: Any player ranked in the top 20 in anycategory according to Badminton Ontariorankings will be refused entry.

Protective Eyewear isMANDATORY. Eyewear will be available for loan or purchase. Prescription glasses are acceptable eyewear.

Format:

play-all-day NOTE: ALL participants willbe involved until 4:30pm

scoring: number of wins and number of points

2 round robin draws followed by a waterfall draw

Prizes: - top3 players in each event receive medals

Facilities: - 8 badminton courts; nylon shuttles provided

- Snack Bar~ also serves lunch… PLEASE bring small bills/change for purchases at our snack bar

Use attached form for single or multiple registrations. Submit by mail (see below), fax or email attachment.

Entry fee is $25.00 per player. Entry fee will be accepted at the door. Space is limited; register early!

Registration forms must be received by Sunday, January 25th, 2015~ midnight.

Turn right at first lights into John Fraser S.S. and proceed in front of school (one way) to parking lot. Park towards middle of parking lot. Enter school through side (west) doors.
