Established in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a relief and humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Member of the Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) family, Secours Islamique France helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries
Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields:
• Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
• Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
• Mobilize – Participate in sensitization and advocacy campaigns
SIF has been working in Iraq since 2017 Working in KRI and Southern Governorate, Mosul, Anbar , Salah Al Din and Kirkuk for food supply, income generation, WASH services, hygiene supply, and education and child protection services.
Presently, we are developing/renewing the list of suppliers providing the following:
Supplying Hygiene kit for (Kurdistan region, Salah Al deen Governorate, Ninawa Governorate, Anbar Governorate, Kirkuk Governorate).
The main criteria for selecting new suppliers will be:
· Competitive pricing
· Ability to meet specifications and standards
· quality of the products
· maintenance and warranty
· delivery timeline
· Quality control methods and practices
· Ability to provide some references from INGOs or donors will be preferred
· Payment conditions/requirements
· Compatibility with existing service/product
· Proven performance and experience
· Previous experience and past performance with the service /commodity
Suppliers interested in being added to our list of selected suppliers, in participating in future restricted tenders and/or in signing framework contracts with us should submit their request no later than Sunday/28thof January 2018 (11:59 AM) at the email address below.

A supplier questionnaire will be sent to the interested suppliers and will have to be returned, once fully completed, within 2 days to the same address as above.
