CONVOCATION OF THE CONSTITUENT GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE COMMUNITY OF USERS OF EMPURIABRAVA MARINA

Dear Sir or Madam,

In conformance with that laid out in the sixth Transitional Provision of the Operating and Police Regulation of Empuriabrava Marina, approved by a Resolution of the Direcció General de Ports, Aeroports i Costes de la Generalitat de Catalunya (Directorate General for Ports, Airports, and Coasts of the Generalitat de Catalunya) on 24 November 2010, the present document is a convocation to the Constituent General Assembly of the Community of Users of Empuriabrava Marina which will take place on 17 December at 12:00 for the first convocation and at 12:30 for the second convocation, on the first floor of the Club Nautic Ampuriabrava building, located at Avda. Fages de Climent de Empuriabrava, with the following Agenda for the day:

1. General Information with the acting President on the Community of Users and the constitution of the same in conformance with the Statutes processed before the Generalitat de Catalunya and the participation shares in the general maintenance and security expenses. Approval of the Statutes.

2. Proposal and, if applicable, approval of the address of the Community of Users.

3. Naming positions in the Community of Users. President and Secretary.

4. Information from the concession on the management and conservation of the Marina.

5. Report on the Maintenance Budget of Empuriabrava Marina (2011-2021) and the status of execution for fiscal year 2011, as well as for previous fiscal years.

6. Proposal for the creation of an Oversight Commission on the maintenance and conservation actions at the Marina.

7. Comments and questions.

As holders of an exclusive right to the use and enjoyment of a mooring or other element at the Marina, those people who are duly inscribed in the Register of Users of the Marina may attend the meeting in person (showing an authorised identification document), or via another person who has been named as a representative; representatives must prove that they have been authorised before the beginning of the meeting. For the smooth operation of the Assembly, we request that anyone who is considered a user but who is not inscribed in the Register of Users proceed to become inscribed in the Register, having previously provided to the Assembly at the Edificio de Capitanía (Harbour Master)

(Club Nàutic Sector) a copy of the title which accredits the exclusive use of the mooring or other element in the Marina.

The documentation which corresponds to the Agenda--which is composed of the Statutes of the Community of Users together with the appendix of participation shares, the Maintenance Budget for the Empuriabrava Marina (2011-2021), Audits of the Maintenance deficit 2006-2010 and 2011, and the Operating and Police Regulation of the Marina--is available to all users at the Oficinas de Capitanía (Harbour Master), from 9:00 to 13:00; these documents will also be available on the webpage of the concessionary entity (
