We will go over the bell ringer and/or instructions for today. We will go through a powerpoint that covers residential architecture, housing styles, door and window styles, etc.. / Where is emergency information for my rooms located?

· Identify 5 different types of kitchens
· Explain why there are different types of kitchens
· Name building codes relevant to kitchens
· Draw accurately each type of kitchen
· Name key features in each type of kitchen / We will begin a discussion of specific room types. We will start with kitchens. We will discuss types of kitchens, their functionalities, what a work tiangle is, etc. Students will be given an assignment to draw 5 types of kitchens with acceptable work triangles. / What are the expectations for beginning and ending class?
