The Hortonville Area School District provides classes for students entering kindergarten and first grade for children who would benefit from additional practice on skills such as:learning behaviors, social skills, mathematics, and literacy. Our literacy block is called Reading for Success and is split into a Part 1 (open registration) and Part 2 (for referred students). Having discussed progress with skills mentioned above, we have decided that the following classes would provide an excellent opportunity for ______'s continued learning and development.

Note to Parent: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis; class size may be limited. This referral registration will take place via Skyward parent access OR you may register in person at any of the HASD Elementary Schools between March 1 and March 17. In order to ensure recommended class placement, please plan now. Open registration for additional classes will begin after March 20. Please havethis completed and signed form returned to any HASD elementary schoolbefore May 5, 2017 to prepare for the summer school class. All class offerings will be in the course catalog on our HASD website () under Summer School once open registration begins.
