This workshop is for anyone who has completed at least Part 1 of their EMDR training.

Elan Shapiro will teach a ground-breaking adaptation of the basic EMDR protocol for treating recent traumatic memories. The protocol is a brief intervention that may be used, not only to treat acute distress, but also to provide a window of opportunity to prevent future complications and strengthen resilience. R-TEP is an integrative protocol that incorporates and extends existing protocols and adds additional strategies for containment and safety.

Elan Shapiro is a senior EMDR Institute Facilitator and Consultant from Israel. He is an expert in recent trauma who has achieved international acclaim for his R-TEP training.
