Sir,
I would like to draw your attention to the G.O. No. 434 Edn(T) dt. 26.7.2010 regarding revision of Pay Scale of Principal, Teachers and Librarian of 6 Govt. Engineering and TechnicalColleges in West Bengal.
The said G.O. contains provision of payment of Special Allowance to Principals @ Rs. 3,000/- pm without any UG/PG college discrimination and from 1.1.2006 as transpires from the said G.O.
In tune with the above I would request you to suitably modify the G.O. No. 310 – Edn(CS) dt 28.4.2010 in tune with G.O. No. 434 Edn(T) dt. 26.7.2010 to allow Special Allowance to Principals of General Degree Colleges of the state at uniform rate of Rs. 3,000/- pm from 1.1.2006 irrespective of UG/PG college. The matter has already brought to your notice vide my letter dated 10.5.2010.
