ROWE Professional Services Company Names New Associates
Flint, Michigan, Nov. 3, 2014–Beginning January 2015, ROWE Professional Services Companywill havefivenew associates. Louis P. Fleury, PE; Jeffrey B. Markstrom, PE; Lori L. Mudge, PHR; Matthew J. Seitz, PE, PTOE; and John L. Welch II, PE, will join the group of 13 current associates,company shareholders who participate in firm management and long-range goal development to improve the quality of services provided to clients.
Fleury joined ROWE in 1999 with four years of civil engineering experience. He earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a Flint Township, Mich. resident. As a project manager in the Civil Utilities Division, he specializes in road and utility studies, cost estimating, design engineering, and contract administration of public infrastructure projects.
Markstrom joined ROWE in 2008 with 15 years of civil engineering experience. He earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a Williamston, Mich. resident. As a senior project manager in the Civil Utilities Division, he specializes in feasibility studies, estimating, design, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, project management, and construction management.
Mudge joined ROWE in 2004 with four years of human resources experience. She earned a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Michigan, is a certified Professional in Human Resources, and a Mundy Township, Mich. resident. As the director of human resources and safety committee chairperson, her responsibilities include recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, training, workers compensation and safety.
Seitz joined ROWE in 2006 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in civil engineering and Michigan State University with an M.S. in civil engineering. He is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and a Midland, Mich. resident. As a senior project engineer in the Transportation Division, he assists with the design and analysis of various road and infrastructure projects.
Welchjoined ROWE in 2002 with after earning a B.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is a Burton, Mich. resident. As a project manager in the Transportation Division, he assists with roadway design and construction projects of various types, including roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage improvements, and ADA compliance for sidewalks and driveways.
ROWE’s headquarters is in Flint, Mich.; additional offices are located in Lapeer, Mount Pleasant, Farmington Hills, Grayling, and the tri-cities area in Mich., and Myrtle Beach, SC.
