Fluor B&W Portsmouth LLC has been awardedthe D&D Project in Piketon, Ohio by the Department of Energy. Fluor B&W Portsmouth LLC(FBP) is pre qualifying subcontractors for the construction and D&D work for this Project. The purpose of this letter is to determine your interest in participating in this project, and to evaluate your capabilities.

This questionnaire is being issued to establish general information on your company’s overall capabilities. Further screening may take place as specific scopes and schedule requirements are determined.

The present Project Schedule will be for the D&D will be for the D&D of an Office Complex, referred to as the X-100 Complex. FBP plans to issuance the Requests for Proposal inMarch and awarding the Contract between May and June. The completion for theProject is scheduled for August 2012.

If you are interested in participating in this work, or other D&D and/or Construction please answer all questions in the attached questionnaire and return it to the undersigned. Please also submit copies of any brochures or other bound material that supports your responses.

Issue of this questionnaireand your submittal of a response do not constitute a commitment on the part of Fluor B&W Portsmouth LLC to request you to bid on this project.

If you decide to participate in the X-100 project please provide your reply by March 9, 2012. For other work please provide your response by June 30, 2012. Please direct your replies to Fluor B&W Portsmouth LLC attn: Randy Ector.
