Minutes of the meeting of financial bid opening for Suture and Surgical of Government of Madhya Pradesh held on 18.10.2011at TNMSC, Chennai

Purpose: Record the proceedings of Financial Bid opening oftender for the supply of Surgical & Suture items to various Government hospitals of Government of Madhya Pradesh for a period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender

The tender forthe supply of Suture and Surgical to various Government hospitals of Government of Madhya Pradesh were invited for a period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender held at TNMSC IInd Floor, 417,Pantheon Road, Chennai for annual rate contract.

Out of 31 bidders 4 bidders were rejected.27 numbers of eligible and technically qualified bids were opened. M/s HLL was rejected for not responding to the discrepancy queries.M/s Bio med was rejected for submitting EMD as DD instead of FDR, M/s Rajkumar was rejected for submitting EMD in Xerox copy and M/s Innovative rejected for submitting NSIC instead of FDR.

The documents were opened in the presence of the following members of the Tender Opening Committee. The members presentwere as follows:

7. Mr G.Chandrasekhar, Manager (QC), TNMSC

The Price bids were opened in presence of the members and the representatives of the bidders/tenderers and the documents were prepared by the committee members with the support of TNMSC.All the tender documents are scrutinised by TNMSC.

After scrutiny the Comparative Statementwas prepared by TNMSC and submitted before the Committee for Rate finalization .The provisional rates of the bidders will bedisplayed on health website of Government of Madhya Pradesh for any objections with regards to rates. A draft letter is also proposed to be displayed on the health website after approval of the provisional rates by Rate Finalization Committee.
