DISTRICT 5150 AWARDS CRITERIA

2016 - 2017

Dear 2016 - 2017 Presidents and Rotarians,

Attached, please find the 2016-2017 Awards Criteria for Rotary District 5150. The Club President should review the awards criteria with the various Club Board members and Committee Chairs and identify which items can be accomplished during the 2016-2017 Rotary year. Use the Awards Criteria as a planning guide for the year. The criteria are set high enough for you to have to “stretch” to achieve BEST CLUB, but each individual award and BEST CLUB are all achievable.

The awards criteria are in a fillable form online at In addition, you will be emailed the forms for your planning purposes. Please fill in the form and give to your Assistant Governor before the deadline date of March 31, 2017.

  1. Review the Awards Criteria at the start of your term for planning purposes
  2. Keep track of your Club’s progress throughout the year
  3. Fill out the Awards Criteria; you will be sent an electronic copy in January 2016 or you can find the forms online at after July 1, 2016.
  4. Email the completed forms to your Assistant Governor for review and confirmation of receipt.
  5. You, as the President, will be notified by April 15, 2017, when the forms are received and what awards your Club qualifies for.
  6. Attend the District Conference with your Club members to celebrate and be recognized for your Club’s great work!

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and if I can assist you in any way.

Have fun, plan with vision, make a positive impact, execute well and be stellar!!

Peace,

Jeri Fujimoto

Governor 2016 - 2017
