Hi! I’m Jill Owens, Director of Consumer Relations and Quality Assurance. The topic of today’s vlog will be DAS’ Consumer Relations Survey.

We, at DAS, wanted to develop a survey with the goal of collecting feedback, opinion, and comments from you as people who use our services. You, as the consumer, are very important to us. Business development and agency operations won’t exist without you. Your part in this process is what makes us succeed. Your input is very, very important to us.

In having access to collecting information through survey, please do know that your information will be kept anonymous. Ensuring your anonymity is important because we want you to feel comfortable in sharing your thoughts. If you want to share your information with us, feel free to do so at the bottom of the survey. Is it mandatory? No, it isn’t. Anonymous? Yes, it is. Data collected through the survey will NOT be shared with anyone outside of DAS. The information will be stored and kept confidential.
