1. Preliminary Matters

i Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order by Jill Stern, Chair, at 10:42 a.m. with a roll call of members and other persons present.

ii Adoption of Meeting Agenda

The meeting agenda was unanimously approved upon motion made by Joel Causey and seconded by Jason Wright.

iii Review & Approval of Meeting Minutes

The meeting minutes for the Thursday, October 12, 2017 Special Meeting were unanimously approved upon motion made by Tony Falwell and seconded by Joel Causey.

3. Introduction of New Code Change Proposals

No new proposals were introduced.

4. Notices of Proposed Rulemaking for 2017 Construction Code Supplements

The Notices of Proposed Rulemaking for the 12 District of Columbia 2017 Construction Code Supplements (DCMR 12-A to 12-L) were circulated to the Board members prior to the Board meeting, and Jill Stern indicated that the proposals adopted at the October 19 meeting would be added to the Supplements before being forwarded to OAG for legal sufficiency review. She confirmed that all of the TAG Chairs had reviewed and approved the Supplements as circulated, and no objections were expressed.

There were no comments by members of the public.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:25 p.m. The next Board meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2017.
