INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR:
  1. Completes and signs information on page 1 and sections A and B of page 2.
  2. Obtains signature of assistant superintendent or supervisor.
  3. Signs and dates RTF, and attaches a current signed position description.
  4. Forwards complete RTF packet to fiscal analyst via hard copy.
  5. Forwards RTF and position description to HR Recruiter via email.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FISCAL ANALYST:
  1. Verifies information Section B.
  2. Completes, initials and dates information in Section C.
  3. Forwards complete RTF packet to HR. NOTE: Packets received before noon on Wednesdays will be placed on the Monday staffing committee agenda.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES:
  1. Verifies that all sections are filled out, signed and dated.
  2. Requests additional information from Program Director if needed.
  3. Reviews position description for correct classification.
  4. Adds RTF to staffing committee agenda.
  5. Documents if RTF is approved or denied. Initials and dates form.
