COME ONE, COME ALL!! --
to The
GIANT CAIOS Orchid Auction.
Sunday Oct. 26 at 1:00 PM
at the
Administration Building of the Barnstable County Fairgrounds, 1220 Nathan Ellis Hwy.(Rt. 151) in Falmouth.
This is a fine opportunity to try new and different plants. Your purchase of donated plants gives CAIOS the ability to run meetings, stage our show and keep the newsletter coming. Refreshments, Library and potting workshops remain free to all thanks to the loot gained by raffles and especially the Auction.
Auctionmeister Todd Drummey will preside and welcomes all members and interested public to attend. Join your friends and visit as you spend and help make Cashmaster, Robin Hulls smile! Bring a box, boost the event to friends!
Call Todd (508 548-2344 or work 457-0669) or Tom Gregg (508 540-2054) if you wish to donate plants or orchid related artwork and/or items for the Auction. Comb through your plants and select duplicates, backbulbs and even some that you just can’t bloom. Todd or Yr. Scribe(TG) will assign numbers for you to place on plants brought to the Auction. A list to date is published with this newsletter. Numbers are arbitrary and may be different at the Auction, so if you send a friend to buy for you, be sure to specify the names too. Final list at the Auction. Come early to browse, visit and nibble. No Show Table.
