3rd offense: Put it on my desk. Retrieve after school.
4th offense: Put it on my desk. Get it back from the office.

2016-2017 Class Content and Expectations
Categories:Formative Assessments:
Homework...... 10%
Chapter Packets/Notebook....10%
Projects...... 10%
Summative Assessments:
Quizzes...... 25%
Tests...... 35%
Final...... 10%
Homework: Expect daily homework. It is important that a student knows how to workout a solution to a problem, not simply know the answer.
Homework scores will be logged on a student’s Stamp Sheet.
Assignments are scored:
0=No Assignment (no late assignments accepted without approved excuse)
1=Incomplete assignments or complete but no solutions
2=Complete assignment with solutions
Chapter Packet/Notebook: On “Chapter Test” days, a stapled packet will be submitted to me. Each chapter packet will consist of warm-up exercises, practice problems/worksheets, and academic vocabulary. Please do not turn in a spiral notebook or 3-ring binder for a chapter packet/notebook check - only a stapled packet.
Project: An investigative task that applies the standards taught during the semester.
Quizzes: One or two per chapter.
Tests: At the end of a unit or chapter.
Final: Comprehensive exam of the entire semester.
