Please read the following information carefully before you sign this booking form.
Please note your party is not booked until we have received both payment and signed booking form.
When booking a Cattle Country party you have use of the main slide barn and outside facilities if there is daylight for a hire period of 2 hours. Setting up and clearing away time is included in this hire period and should be adhered to.
Organisers/supervising adults and guests will be met and head counted at the entrance. A short safety talk will be given at the beginning of the party. Please note that the total number of guests includes all adults attending. There is a minimum charge which allows a maximum of 40 people to attend. All parties must have in attendance at least four named adult supervisors to cover the 4 key playing areas: 2 in slide barn, trampolinesand a spare to walk around outside. Large parties require more supervisors. Cattle Country can arrange to provide supervision at a cost of £25 per supervisor for a 2 hour party, this must be booked in advance.

Any extra guests are charged at £3 each– Total number attending must include all adults
Party Food – You are welcome to bring in any party food/refreshments for your party. This can
be eaten in the Slide Barn in the tabled area or outside under the veranda.
BBQs
There is an undercover gravelled area for BBQs. Disposable BBQs may be brought in for use in this area only. It is not possible to bring or use gas BBQs here.
I agree to arrive no earlier than the hire period start time and to vacate the premises by the hire period finish time. The number of guests booked cannot be exceeded at the party.
I would like to book exclusive use of Cattle Country for a party as detailed above. I have read and understood the information on this form. I understand that Cattle Country will provide a member of staff to advise and assist but I am totally responsiblefor theSUPERVISION AND SAFETY of my guests. I agree also that Cattle Country is not responsible for the loss or damage of any property brought onto site. My legal rights are not affected by signing this disclaimer.
