Join us forthe one-day conference on respiratory care and sleep technology topics sponsored by the Virginia Society for Respiratory Care Central district and the J.Sargeant Reynolds chapter of the Lambda Beta Society.
- An agenda of 6 speakers who are content experts in their field on current topics.This conference is designed for respiratory therapists and sleep technologists.
- Historically 80 - 100 participants.
- Application will be been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for continuing education contact hours.

Exhibit Set-up: Friday, March 13th, 6:30am
Exhibit area will be open from 7:30am to 4:30pm, and participants will be encouraged to visit the vendors:
7:30-8:30amduring registration and continental breakfast
10:30-11:00amduring break
12:00-1:15pmduring lunch
After lunch, exhibitors are welcome to keep booth open during that time, but all exhibitors must be broken down and removed from the exhibit area by 5:00 pm.

Continuing Education Credit
Respiratory Care Practitioners or Sleep Technologists who are registered as exhibitors may receive applicable continuing education credits for attending the education programs.

The campus has two entrances off Parham Road, both with traffic lights. Enter the entrance which is most west. You will see Georgiadis Hall in front of you. The Lipman auditorium is in the MasseyTechnologyCenter just to the right of Georgiadis Hall. Free parking is available on campus.
Vendor Equipment Unloading Directions:
If you have equipment or supplies to bring into the Lipman auditorium exhibit area:
We ask that you not park, even temporarily, at the sidewalk at the MasseyTechnologyCenter for unloading.
- After parking in the general parking lots, you may bring your supplies into the MasseyTechnologyCenter building. The Lipman auditorium and the symposium exhibit area is immediately inside the main entrance doors on the ground floor
- Alternately, you may drive clockwise around the building to a loading zone where you may enter the hallways adjacent to the Lipman auditorium. There will be signage. You may park in this loading zone area temporarily.

Vendor Information
VSRC Rules and Regulations
Exhibit booth $200.00 includes one 6-foot table, two chairs. Please specify if you require access to an electrical outlet.
Two (2) badges are included with the booth price. This price covers admission to exhibit area, all lectures, food, and beverages. Greater than 2 vendor badges will require reserving two booths.
Vendors may also choose to sponsor breakfast for $100 and/or lunch for $150. Signage will be placed on the food and beverage tables with the sponsoring company name.
Liabilities
The exhibitor agrees that the Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, its agents, and its employees:
(A)will not be responsible for any damage to or for the loss or destruction of the exhibitor’s property or injuries to the exhibitor, his representatives, agents or employees: all claims for any such loss, damage, destruction, or injury being expressly waived by the exhibitor;
(B) will be exempted from or indemnified for any claims for injury to any exhibitor’s representatives or employees.
The Virginia Society for Respiratory Care, its agents, and its employees will not be liable for failure to hold the exhibit as scheduled. Payments for booth space will be returned in that event except that no expenses incurred in connection with the exhibit will be deducted if the exhibit is called because of fires or any act of God, or public enemy, or strike, or epidemic, or any law or regulations of public authority, which makes it impossible or impractical to hold the exhibit.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment is expected prior to the conference date. In the event of a cancellation by the exhibitor, the VSRC has the right to retain booth fees if a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. The VSRC also has the right to rent the vacated space to another vendor once a cancellation is confirmed between the requesting vendor and an identified VSRC vendor coordinator.
Admissions
All persons visiting the exhibit area will be admitted according to the rules and regulations of the exhibit as issued or amended by the authorized representatives for the VSRC.
Objectionable Material and Activities
Authorized representatives of the VSRC reserve the right to request modification of anyquestionable exhibit. Flammable substances are subject to local fire code.
It is the responsibility of each company to appropriately transport booth equipment at its own expense.
Agreement
By purchasing this booth, the exhibitor agrees to abide by these rules and regulations and the decisions of the VSRC. Failure to abide by these rules may result in expulsion from the planned event.

Processing of Fees:
During the registration process through CVENT you will be asked to provide a payment method of choice; either online credit card transaction or by submitting a check.
Payments by check need to be made payable to “The Virginia Society for Respiratory Care” and mailed to the VSRC Treasurer at the address listed below. Tax ID# is available upon request.

Security
The VSRC, J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, nor the Lambda Beta Society can assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, exhibitors’ property. Exhibitors are encouraged to take precautions to protect their own property and to arrange for appropriate insurance against loss.

Cancellation Policy
It is policy of the VSRC that all cancellations must be submitted in writing, 1 week (7 calendar days) before the scheduled event to be eligible for a registration fee refund.
Emergency Cancellations will be reviewed by the VSRC Executive Board of Directors and refund eligibility will be decided on a case by case basis.
