Caldwell Home Facts and Features:
--Water Supply- Spring water from hill to west of house. The spring water has been plentiful and uninterrupted since we arrived in 1976 even in the driest years.
--Free Natural Gas since 1983 from gas well on property. Natural Gas is used for heating , cooking, hot water and clothes drying. A back-up gas supply is provided by a natural gas transmission line on the property, owned by Diversified Energy, and the gas rate is at wholesale well head rate as per lease agreement if needed.
--All four fireplaces fully functional and rebuilt in 1983. Fireplaces can easily be converted to a natural gas fireplace.
-- Wood floors in kitchen and adjoining TV room and upper level bathroom are from local Ohio family farm timber. Wood floors in living room and main floor bathroom are original floors from early prairie home first built in 1830 era. We do have a pictorial history of home that we will share.
