I or anyone else related to me directly or indirectly in any manner, whatsoever, will not question these results and the decision of the Principal, Cadet College Razmak, in any Court and shall not indulge in any correspondence directly or indirectly in this connection.

INSTRUCTIONS
(Please read the instructions carefully before submission of this application)
1. The age of the candidate must be between 12 and 14 years on 1st April of the year of Admission.
2. At the time of submission of application form, the candidate must be studying in 7th or 8th class.
3. Student studying in unrecognized School is not Admission. In case he is studying in a private school, an attested copy of recognition of the College by Education Department/ Board of Intermediate & Secondary ER education concerned must be attached with application. Certificate by the Principal/ Headmaster will not be accepted.
4. The application form and the photographs must be attested by the Principal/ Headmaster of the School in which the candidate is studying. Once the date of birth is recorded on the admission form, it will not be changed / corrected.
5. Photocopy of any document i.e. Domicile certificate must be countersigned either by the DCO or Political Agent concerned.
6. Domicile Certificate of Father only and NOT of the candidate must be attached along-with the application.
7. Legal Guardian of the candidate can only sign/countersign the application form in case the father of candidate is dead. In case the father of candidate is serving abroad, he will send a certificate duly signed by the Gazetted Officer of Department in which he is serving with the application form..
8. Domicile Certificate must be countersigned either by the DCO or Political Agent concerned.
9. Cadet College Razmak is cheapest of all such institutions in the country. Parents/ Guardians should not request for financial help from the College.
10. FC wards to apply through HQ FC, KPK, Peshawar as per their policy letter No. 1401/36/x/Edn dated 18 June 2003.
INCOMPLETE ADMISSION FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
