· Soccer – Lance Wells – Half way through the season, things are going great.

· Golf – The Golf team is still in need of a coach. Please let us know if you know of anyone who is interested.

Ongoing Business
1. Website- Tony Logan as completed the new website. Please take a moment to check it out. He has done a great job with this.
2. Play Like a Champion-The next training session is Saturday June 10th from 9 AM to 12 PM this will take place at St Joes in Cold Spring. You can sign up through Virtus.
3. School/Water Fountains- The school has asked us to help with the cost of adding 4 new water fountains. The cost from each are $1700.00 the cost will be split up in two separate payments. 1 this year and 1 next year. Motion approved to move forward.
4. Children’s Home/Kickball-The Children’s Home will be holding their annual kickball game on Saturday May 20th from 11 AM to 5 PM the boosters are required to volunteer as umpires. Please let us know if you can help out.
5. Timmerding Tribute-Going forward the Memorial Day soccer tournament will be named in his honor. There will be opportunities for donations that will go towards his scholarship fund. Reach out to Lance for more information.
6. Sports Training/Awareness info-Pete W had done some research on concussion protocol and wants to let every coach to know that information is available on Beacon Orthopedics website. Please take the time to get familiar with this. There will be more information about this in the near future. This is an awesome program that will help everyone engaged in contact sports to understand what signs and symptoms to look for.
7. Children’s Home/New Shed/Baseball fields-Waiting on bids to come back on the new shed. The baseballs fields are complete and the bill has been paid for all the new dirt and maintenance that it took to get these fields in the conditions they are in. This has been a huge improvement. Please remember to park in the upper parking lot.
8. Corn Roast-Corn Roast is on August 18th we are currently make preparations. The idea of a new Grand prize has been brought up. If anyone has any ideas on a Grand Prize please reach out to Paul Frodge.
