Camden O’Connor Classic
Varsity won championship

Youth Tournament 9/27/14
Due to amount of activity around the same time as youth tournament, and the Booster Club’s desire to limit fundraising requests, families were not requested to donate concessions this year, and instead they were purchased. T-Shirt sales (ordered by Coach Ball) resulted in $300 profit, and concession + leftover apparel sales resulted in $371 profit for Booster Club. Booster club agreed to table decision on whether to request concession donations next year until a later date when fall schedules have been determined.

Financial Report & Budget

John K. reviewed revenues and expenses of Booster Club to-date.

Revenues (dues, Camden fees, bake sale, and youth tournament) are roughly $400 ahead of budget, while expenses are below budget due to not using any turf time yet. This is expected to increase.

Senior Night

Plans for Senior Night, Oct. 17th were discussed.

Actions / Responsibilities:

Banquet

Discussed preparations and plans for end-of-season banquet.

USA Futures program deadline October 25th, 2014. John Kempf will send out reminder to distribution reminding them to talk to their Coaches if they are interested.
