Last meeting was March 19th. Janelle explained that Group Health is projecting about a 13% rate increase. There are some changes coming that affect Access PPO only. Vision is running about 70% right now. Next benefits meetings is May 12th and Mercer is expecting to have all proposals except WEA as theirs does not come out until mid-June. Delta is under a rate guarantee so no changes with them. However, we have the opportunity for those on the buy up plan to increase coverage for implants to match orthodontia. For an additional $1.26 per month coverage will go from $1,000 to $2,000 for implants.

Committee worked very hard for a fun celebration. Many thanks from members on doing a great job, providing entertainment, good food, can’t wait until next year.

Flood at BHS over Christmas Break 5 people with respiratory issues, testing shows that this is not due to mold or toxins in the building. The committee is still looking at this.

Bond Money – Shawna / Per bylaws: Article VI, Section 14 Any vacancies occurring on the Board of Trustees (by reason of death, resignation or removal) shall be 26 filled as follows: In the event that such trustee is an officer, such selection shall be from the membership at large. Officer vacancies shall be filled by a vote of the Board of Trustees from a list of interested candidates who are nominated at a chapter meeting. Cathy Larsen nominated Richard King Richard accepted the nomination Although no others were nominated the BOT will meet following GM meeting to vote on this decision.

Jay Brower asked PSE for a donation toward bond that will run again in April; we have a line item of $250 in our budget that was approved in September. 7 favor 4 opposed 1 abstain at the BOT meeting, we are bringing to GM, as through discussion it was brought up that even though our members originally approved this line item in the budget, many did not vote for the bond itself. Laura Roberts made a motion to give the money for the bond Darlene Houk 2nd Approve 26 opposed 21 motion carries
