  • After undergoing primary fermentation, the beer is blended back with an oak barrel aged batch of Classic Saison that was fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis
  • Dry-hopped with additional MotuekaJarrylo prior to bottling—lends a delicate balance of bright fruit and citrus hop aromas to complement the complex flavors of earthy funk and oak
  • Moderate bitterness and carbonation
  • Profile: A bright and citrusy IPA with notes of oak and earthy brett complexity
