ORDER CORRECTING NON-SUBSTANTIVE ERRORS IN THE DRAFT AGENDA ORDER, ITEM 22, THAT WAS VOTED ON AND APPROVED AT THE COMMISSION MEETING ON JUNE 29, 2017
The Commission has been informed of non-substantive errors in the Draft Agenda Order, Item 22, that was voted on and approved at the Commission meeting on June 29, 2017.[1] This order corrects these non-substantive errors, as set forth below, pursuant to ResolutionA4661.[2]
IT IS ORDERED that the Draft Agenda Order, Item 22, that was voted on and approved at the Commission meeting on June 29, 2017, is corrected with the following non-substantive revisions:
1. The “Proposed Glossary” that was inadvertently attached to the Agenda Draft as Appendix F is deleted.
2. In footnote 77, the words “(prior to construction)” is inserted after the phrase ex ante.
3. In footnote 80, “a digital high-speed network” is revised to read “digital high-speed networks” with a bracket after “networks.”
4. In the table in section 7.3, at fn. 2, the first OIR is revised to read “OII”, and the second should read “OII/OIR.”
5. In section 7.4, p. 31, item 3, the reference to R.15-11-007 is revised to read I.15-11-007.
6. In the table in section 8.5.1, at fn. 4, the numbers 45 and 60 is revised to read “60” and “75.”
7. In section 9.6, the references to Rulemaking 17-03-007 is revised to read Rulemaking/R.17-03-009.
8. In section 9.7, the reference to R.15-11-007 is revised to read I.1511007.
9. In Ordering Paragraph 12, the reference to R.15-11-007 is revised to read I.15-11-007.
This order is effective today.
