“Spring Into Wellness”

The Arkansas SOPHE Health Education Conference “Spring Into Wellness” will be held on April 4, 2012. This is an exciting conference targeted toward 75-100 health education professionals. The goals of the conference include:
- Provide practical skills and comprehensive information for individuals involved in health
educationin the school, medical, worksite and community settings.
- Stimulate the exchange of innovative programs and partnerships with schools, businesses, worksites andcommunities to create a healthy future for those at risk.
- Enhance multidisciplinary interaction and team development among health education
professionals.
- Provide innovate approaches/considerations for minority and medically underserved
populations.

We would be honored to have your non-profit organization exhibit at this special learning opportunity for many of Arkansas’ leading health professionals. Exhibitors will receive one table with two chairs for a tabletop display and their information listed in the conference program.

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis - so register early! Staffing of exhibits will occur at the discretion of the exhibitor, but, as a courtesy to attendees, all booths must be staffed during breaks. Electricity will be available on a limited basis, and cannot be guaranteed. You must request electricity on you application, and will need to provide any necessary electrical cords.

Exhibitor Registration:
As an Exhibitor you are entitled to take advantage of the special discount Exhibitor Registration Rate for the conference. Please check below if you will be registering to attend the conference, and complete the attached registration form.
Exhibitor Registration - $70 registration fee per person for up to two individualsper exhibit, this does not include AR SOPHE membership. Regular registration is $85 so you are saving $15.
