An opportunity has arisen for a secondment to the post of Head/PL Academic Business and Workforce Development. The post holder will contribute to the achievement of Faculty and University strategic objectives and to lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of consultancy, CPD and joint venture working within FEHW across all the curriculum offer, in line with the needs of employers and partners. As Head of Academic Business and Workforce Development you will be educated to Masters Level and will have a proven track record of innovation in course and curriculum development of corporate programmes. S/he will also be able to demonstrate experience of effective collaboration with public and private sector organisations and funding bodies and possess entrepreneurial flair.

You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to educational excellence, research and development and successful income generation. Effective interpersonal and people management skills are essential together with a commitment to equality and diversity. You will be required to work across disciplines and departments and lead the health CPD team. Interviews will take place on the afternoon of the 24th November.
