* A minimum of two technicians is required on all events not being run using the master over-ride.
* User must read, agree to and complete all AUDITORIUM USE GUIDELINES as documented.
* User agrees to pay the school 50% deposit upon contract signing. This amount will be nonrefundable 1 week prior to event rental. Full rental amount will be due the day of the event.
* All paperwork, scripts, tech needs and request need to be turned into Miss Rogers or a member of the Pine View High Tech Council no later than 1 week before the event, otherwise we will be unable to fully accommodate and meet you performance needs – AUDITORIUM USE REQUEST FORM.
I have read understood, and will implement the PVHS Auditorium Use Guidelines document.
